Golden Ocean Group Ltd is receiving all management services from its wholly owned subsidiary, Golden Ocean Management.

During spring 2005 Golden Ocean Management built its own commercial team with considerable experience from dry cargo chartering (physical and financial) and management under the name Golden Ocean Management AS. The team is utilizing all available instruments in the dry bulk market to maximize profits for its shareholders.

Golden Ocean Management AS in turn contracted various services from Frontline Management Ltd. (Bermuda) which includes technical management and administrative services.
